The METAMISTIC project is being developed as a dual-layer system of art objects aimed at creating a redefinable artistic space in the form of a mosaic of cultural and civilizational meanings. It touches upon the concept of metanarrative and ultimately constitutes an artistic and cognitive journey through signs and meanings.
On one hand, the objects (cubes) are created as tangible works of art, thus existing physically as exhibition and collectible items. Their emanation is transformed into virtual files, allowing users of the online platform to create their own art based on these deposited objects.
The creation of the online platform is the next stage in the development of Jacek Kornacki’s original project BIBLIOTEKA. This expansion not only enables interaction with elements of the system in a virtual environment — effectively transforming the gallery space medium into the computer — but also integrates systems of meaning that form cultural, educational, and research tools.
